- Due to limited seats, enrolment is accepted on a first‐come, first‐
served basis.
- Applicants must provide a valid email address for enrolment and
confirmation.
- Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email within 5
working days after registration.
- Participants should provide the name they used for registration
and their email address for check‐in at the venue.
- If Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above/Black Rainstorm
Warning Signal or "Extreme Conditions" is hoisted at or after 10:30am,
the seminar on the same day will be cancelled without further notice.
- Personal data (including your name and email address) collected
will be used for the purpose of the administration, evaluation and
management of your registration.
- It is voluntary for you to supply your personal data to the
Electrical and Mechanical Services Department. All personal data
collected in the course of handling your application will be used only
for the event and the related promotional activities. Other than the
Organiser and the Appointed Contractor, the personal data collected
will not be transferred or disclosed to any third parties. The Electrical
and Mechanical Services Department will only collect, use and retain
your personal data to the extent necessary for a lawful purpose.
- A Certificate of Attendance for the 3‐hour event will be emailed
to participants after the event.
