- Enrollment is accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Participants must provide a valid email address for enrollment and confirmation.
- There will be an email confirmation one week before the seminar if enrollment is accepted.
- Participants should provide the name, email address and name they have used for registration for check-in at the venue.
- If Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or under “Extreme Conditions” is hoisted at or after 10:30 am, the seminar on the same day will be cancelled without further notice.
- Personal data (including your name, phone number and email address) collected will be used for the purpose of the administration, evaluation and management of your registration.
- It is voluntary for you to supply your personal data to Electrical and and Mechanical Services Department. All personal data collected in the course of handling your application will be used only for the Seminar and the related promotional activities. Other than the Organizer and the Appointed Contractor, the perosnal data collected will not be transferred or disclosed to any third parties. Electrical and and Mechanical Services Department will only collect, use and keep your personal data in a necessary scope for a lawful purpose.
- A Certificate of Attendance for the 3 hours event will be emailed to participants within one month after the event.
